In the recent edition of the Communique, two individuals from Florida presented a "Another Perspective from Florida" on the issue of RTI and eligibility decision making.
Their letter to the editor was dismissive of the concerns that were raised by BASP in an earlier issue of the Communique. If you did not get a chance to read it and are a NASP member, you can log onto

In an effort to clarify our concerns and stance on RTI and eligibility decision making, BASP has submitted a response directly to those individuals. Please click here to read the response.
We choose not to address the issue through a third party (the Communique) in an effort to get direct dialogue on this issue. If we get any formal response, we will keep our members informed.
